I am not happy with the customer service at this location. Not friendly. It's like they are doing me a favor. The quality of food has gone down as well.
Place is nasty. They have changed managers in the past year. It used to be the best jacks around. Today the trash cans were overflowing, no regular cup lids and out of sweet tea. I counted eight employees behind the counter.
Munford Jack's Morning enployee's are, in my opinion, curtious and thoughtful people. Other franchises could learn from from the morning staff here in Munford.
The staff here are always friendly and helpful......they have no problem accommodating special requests.
Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Food is always hot and fresh. If there's ever a problem, they fix it right away. They don't mind if you have a special order, they'll always accommodate it.
